• Spectrum of bright resolutions • This year I will&#8230; ..make the best of whatever situation I am in. ..see the good in the people around me. ..remind myself everything (and everyone) doesn&#8217;t have to be perfect. ..stay in the moment to avoid unnecessary stress. ..help others out - and ask for help when I need it. ..take it, one hour, minute at a time. ..remember that I&#8217;m more than this one day of the year. ..put myself in positive situations (and avoid negative ones). ..not be afraid to say no. ..celebrate the little things (because, really, those are the big things).
